Aluminum-Stabilized Multilayer Piping System
Key Advantages
Low Thermal Expansion – Linear expansion coefficient of approximately 0.035 mm/(m·K), five times lower than standard PPR. Ideal for long vertical runs and exposed installations.
Full Oxygen Barrier – The aluminum layer blocks oxygen permeation, preventing corrosion of metal components in heating systems (boilers, radiators, valves) and extending system lifespan.
High Temperature & Pressure Resistance – Suitable for continuous operation up to 70°C, with transient tolerance up to 95°C. Maintains structural integrity under pressure.
Shape Retention – Holds its form after bending, allowing cleaner installations with fewer fittings.
Durability – Resistant to impact and UV exposure, suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Applications
Hot and cold water supply systems
Radiator and underfloor heating
HVAC chilled water lines
High-rise building risers
Solar water heating systems
Installation
Installed using standard socket fusion welding. Specialized stripping tools remove the outer PPR and aluminum layers, allowing the inner PPR layer to be welded to standard PPR fittings, creating homogeneous, leak-proof joints.
Quality Assurance
Manufactured under strict quality controls and in compliance with international standards, ensuring consistent performance and reliability.
The product undergoes strict quality control at every stage of development, manufacturing, production, and delivery, making the concept of "quality is life" deeply ingrained in people's hearts.
